Specific PID conditions

It is our aim to provide in-depth information on specific primary immunodeficiency conditions including details on inheritance, symptoms and diagnosis, and the treatments available.

We will be working with our medical advisory panel and patient representative panel to add details on many more conditions.

Primary antibody deficiencies

The most common group of primary immunodeficiencies is primary antibody deficiencies. They result from the failure by your immune system to produce sufficient antibodies in the bloodstream to fight infections, particularly those caused by bacteria. Find out more about this group of conditions here.
