I ran the 10K great Manchester run on Sunday the 20th May 2018; this is my first ever time to join such great activity. I did it in 1 hour and 17 mins and 7 secs. It was a hot day and I was fasting: so was a great challenge!
I am an immunology registrar at Manchester Hospital; I look after a few patients with primary immune deficiencies. I thought to do the 10K run to support any activities that will benefit my patients with primary immune deficiencies. This is included PID UK and the immunology department at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
