Immunodeficiency UK is a national charity that supports people and families in the UK affected by primary or secondary immunodeficiency. We help them access the knowledge they need to manage their condition effectively and work to ensure their health needs are understood and addressed by those shaping and delivering healthcare.
The role
Immunodeficiency UK is looking for a creative, proactive Digital Communications and Fundraising Officer with at least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, fundraising or similar, to support Immunodeficiency UK's marketing and fundraising activities.
You'll work closely with our CEO to help us raise awareness of primary and secondary immunodeficiency, grow our community of supporters and generate the income that funds our work.
This is a varied, hands-on freelance role, running our digital channels (website, email, social and newsletter), fundraising campaigns, and helping tell the stories of the people we support.

- Remote / home-based
- 14 hours per week over two working days
- £22 per hour, freelance
- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
